THAI CIVILIZED: SOLO EXHIBITION BY KOMETH

In the past, toplessness is common for Thai people. It can be found in photographs from the reign of King Rama 4 – 5 or mural painting in the remaining temples. All of these are evidences that in the past, all Thai man and woman definitely not wearing clothes.

Kometh express what he feel about Thai Culture that change in the last 80 years. We change so many things such as country name from Siam to Thailand. Polygamy to Monogamy. He focus on the way me wear our cloth.
